I am glad, I registered here the instructor explained very details of CPR and AED with a scenario that I never knew before. I will recommend this to anyone who wants to do their CPR training.

I am eating this noodle again and finally available at the local Asian grocery store. I am ecstatic to see they are selling Japanese yakisoba. I miss this since last February when I went for a vacation in the Philippines. I miss Japanese noodle which is better IMO.
I finally tired this snack from Korea.
Indeed, it is sweet corn flavour and the texture of the snack is thinner, which I like it.
Took my blood glucose before eating as I am fasting for too long. It is in normal range and good to know.
